Providence is calling a Donor Engagement Regional Project Manager (Full time/Day shift) to Providence California Regional Services in Burbank, CA.

We are seeking a Donor Engagement Regional Project Manage r who will lead the development and execution of project plans for the regional donor engagement team, including donor relations, creative design, special events, and foundation messaging.
The Regional Project Manager will support the Southern California regional donor engagement team through project management, documentation and reporting; meeting coordination and additional support as needed.
The Regional Project Manager will ensure projects are planned and executed on time, on budget, and exceeding quality expectations.
In this position you will:
Lead project status meetings and updates with regional teams and local foundations; point of contact for project schedule
Maintain detailed timelines and project plans for all project deliverables and key milestones
Lead post project assessments and make recommendations for future success and optimization
Monitor and report project progress to ensure overall timely completion of all projects
Manage the activities of multi-functional teams, as well as the project budget, task dependencies, and schedule
Scope, risk and issue management, including documenting, communicating and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans
Develop root cause analyses and process improvement plans
Develop, initiate, and manage a communication plan, including regular project status reports
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3-4 years of Project Management experience
Demonstrated ability to inform and influence regional leadership and colleagues throughout the Southern California region to work toward successful outcomes
Excellent communication and relational skills
Experience with Project Management methodologies and software
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize work, manage time and respond effectively to a rapidly changing environment
Ability to exercise sound political and environmental judgment as appropriate to support successful project implementation
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with outside vendors, Foundation staff and hospital staff
